- Prepare 2 large of cans of diced tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 bunch of of celery.

- It’s 1 packages of of Lipton soup mix.

- putting all the ingredients in a large stock pot..
- Day 1. Fruits!!! eat all fruits except BANANAS, and all the soup you can eat! (watermelons,Cantaloupe) are lower in calories.
- Day 2. Vegetables!!! eat all vegetables untill you are stuffed, fresh,raw or cooked of your choice. try to eat all leafy vegetables, try and stay away from dry beans,peas and corn. Dont forget to eat all the soup you want the more you eat the more you loose!!.
- Day 4. Bananas/ skimmed milk/ soup!!!! Bananas and skimmed milk. Eat as many as 8 bananas and as many glasses of skimmed milk as you can on this day, along with your soup!!.
- Day 5. Beef or Chicken/ tomatoes/Water you may have as much as 10 to 20 oz of beef or chicken and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes, on this day. Try and drink as much as 6-8 glasses of water, eat soup at least twice today!!.
- Day 6. Beef/ Veggies (orfish/chicken instead of beef) Eat till your hearts content of meat and veggies this day! have 2-3 steaks with leafy greens, have atleast 1 bowl of soup !.
