Escarole soup step by step

  1. Brown sausage then take out of pan and set aside.
  2. Add a tbs of butter or olive oil. Put in onions and celery. Sdd salt n pepper to taste. Coom til tender..
  3. Put sausage, and vegetables in a pot. Add chicken broth till about an inch or so above the vegetables. Cook til escarole is tender and then add ramano cheese salt n pepper.
  4. Done.
