- It’s of GARNISH OPTIONAL.
- You need 1 cup of leeks.
- You need 2 cup of beansprouts.
- You need 1 of onion.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander leaf.
- You need of MEAT TOPPING OPTIONAL.
- You need 6 of prawn optional.
- It’s 1 of hard boiled eggs.
- Prepare 5 of baked thinly sliced cured ham.
Udon Noodle Soup / Penang Hae Mee instructions
- COOK UDON NOODLE ,,,,,,bring a pot of water to a boil and add udon noodle and let it simmer for 13 minutes then drain and plate it.
- PRAWN NOODLE SOUP ,,,,,add water and the prawn paste into a pot and bring to a boil then simmer.
- simmer in low heat till ready to serve.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil the quick blanch leeks for 2 minute then drain and ( quick blanch beans sprouts for HALF A MINIUTES ONLY THEN DRAIN ).
