- Cool and blend the pressure cooked veggies. Seive to get vegetables stock..
- Fry tofu in ghee.
- To the vegetable stock add fried tofu,carrot, mushrooms, Onion, chily, cabbage,bell peppers,lemon zest, black pepper powder, cumin powder, Rock Salt,chat masala.
